How we price your idea
Foundco turns a plain-language app idea into a quotation slip: the team it would take, how long it would run, and an honest price range at Indian freelance rates for 2026.
We built it because the first question every non-technical founder asks — “what would this cost?” — is the hardest one to get a straight answer to. Agencies quote high and vague, freelancers quote low and optimistic, and neither tells you what they left out.
How we build the number
We assume AI-augmented delivery: engineers working with modern coding tools, which is why our timelines are shorter than a traditional agency would quote. Prices come from a rate card we review monthly, and totals are computed from the team line items rather than guessed at.
What it is not
Not a quotation, a contract, or a promise. Each slip is written by a model against the rate card we maintain, and bounded by the assumptions it lists. Treat the range as a priced starting point for a conversation — scope is what decides where you land in it.
Who we are
Foundco is one person in Bengaluru, not an agency. If the estimate is useful — or badly wrong — that's worth knowing, and the waitlist button on a slip is the fastest way to tell us.
